We wanted to share the latest update from Tosi in a clear, practical format. At this time, the Tosi MatchMaker system and Hub are impacted, which means customers are currently unable to access their Hubs or Gateways for the duration of the outage.
Current status: Tosi is still investigating the root cause and has not yet provided a confirmed resolution timeline.

What to expect during the outage
- New connections and previously dropped connections will not be able to form or re-establish.
- Active connections will remain connected as long as they are not interrupted.
- Actively connected keys will continue to support remote access if the session remains uninterrupted.
- Data will continue to flow through active VPN connections that have not been interrupted.
