Stromquist Fuel Trains

A pivotal piece to any combustion system starts with proper sizing and product selection. With over 100 years of combined experience in dealing with combustion management systems, Stromquist is your source for all areas of combustion. We have been fabricating gas trains for customers all over the United States and Europe and are here to offer our services. So whether you are feeding one or more burners, we have you covered if you need replacement parts and pieces or if you need the entire train.
We are glad to assist you with your next burner application. We have three different series of fuel trains, and we also make custom applications.
Our Series:
Maxon 5000 Industrial Series:
The Maxon 5000 Industrial Series Fuel Trains are pre-assembled indoor and outdoor rated gas trains ranging from 1 to 3 inches in size. Standard models come in a double block and bleed configuration utilizing the Maxon 5000 series safety shutoff valves with 6 second opening time and a maximum closing time of 1 second. The shutoff valves are provided with a rising stem (guillotine action) cast iron bodies, visual indication, and proof of closure switches.Honeywell V5097 Commercial Series:
The Honeywell V5097 Commercial Series Fuel Trains are pre-assembled indoor rated gas trains ranging from 1 to 3 inches in size. Standard models come in a double block arrangement utilizing the Honeywell V5097 series safety shutoff valves. Also Included are the V4055 Series actuators with 13 second opening time and a maximum closing time of 1 second. The shutoff valves are provided with double seats and proof of closure switches.
Kromschroder VAS-2 Compact Series:
The Kromschroder VAS-2 Compact Series Fuel Trains are pre-assembled indoor rated gas trains ranging from 1 to 2 inches in size. The compact design of the components allows for shorter overall lengths of the fuel train layout where available space is a concern. Standard models come in a double block arrangement utilizing the Kromschroder VAS-2 series solenoid valves with a maximum closing time of 1 second. The solenoid valves are provided with proof of closure switches and visual indication.Tags
