CIPer 10
The CIPer Model 10 is the first IP-based general purpose I/O controller that harnesses the full power of the Niagara Framework at the edge. It offers single-tool infrastructure, world-class security, and the ability to create smarter, more efficient systems. BACnet MSTP also allows the controller to integrate traditional serial communications with IP.
CIPer 30
Only CIPer Model 30 controllers have a 4-port switch for full integration of HVAC systems, IT networks and operational technologies into one OT infrastructure. As the fastest controllers on the market, with an open platform that seamlessly integrates new and legacy devices, CIPer Model 30 controllers quickly give you real-time data for superior operational control and efficiency. They also include built-in analytics and continuous adaptation for optimized system performance.

CIPer 50
This Niagara-based controller features 26 on-board I/O terminations and a configurable display that is ideal in multi-protocol Plant Controller applications. The CIPer Model 50 can easily retrofit existing installations of XL-500/800 controllers while reusing existing panel bus I/O modules and integrating to a N4 BMS System.
WEBS-N4 Niagara Framework
The WEBs-N4 software platform builds on the legacy of the Niagara Framework in new and exciting ways. It’s less reliant on browser plug-ins. It’s faster and easier to use. Plus, end users can directly access, analyze and act on a wide range of operational data.
