Our Capabilities:

Industrial

Stromquist can build and design almost any industrial fuel train application. Listed below are some of the standard feature and benefits on our assemblies:

  • Standard Maxon threaded valves 1” through 3” with gray iron bodies
  • We have CV factors ranging from 20 to 432
  • Close Off Pressure range 30-100 PSIG (Dependent upon size)
  • All Valves have a temperature range of -20F to +140F
  • Enclosure ratings of 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, & 12
  • All valves come with VCS-2 and VOS-2 switch assemblies
  • All preassembled gas trains are designed for a 5 PSIG inlet pressure and 120 Vac 60Hz
  • UL Approved Ball Valves 
  • Standard high and low gas pressure switches
  • Equipped with ASCO normally open vent valves

Commercial

We also specialize in dealing with commercial fuel train applications. Over the years we have helped countless customers by providing the following features:

  • We stock Honeywell aluminum body gas valves 3/4" through 3" threaded bodies and 4" flanged.
  • We use double seated valves with proof of closure switches.
  • Valve ratings of -40F to +150F
  • Maximum operating differential pressure of 5 PSIG and a maximum rated pressure of 15 PSIG
  • Designed for 5 PSIG inlet and 120 VAC/60HZ
  • UL Approved locking ball valves
  • Standard low and high gas pressure switches with a manual reset

Compact

We have found that some customers prefer our compact fuel train for certain applications. We have the following standard features and benefits:

  • Modular Aluminum VAS Series valve bodies from 3/4" up to 2"
  • VAS valves are rated for 7 PSIG operating pressure and maximum non-operating pressure of 10 PSIG.
  • Valve temperature ratings of -4F to +140F 
  • Enclosure rating of IP65
  • Designed for 5 PSIG inlet and 120 VAC/60HZ
  • UL Approved locking ball valves
  • Standard low and high gas pressure switches with a manual reset
  • Equipped with ASCO normally open vent valves
