Utilizing an intelligent peer-to-peer communication protocol, users can easily configure and install a comprehensive ventilation control system, whether employing a single monitor or dozens across various ventilation zones. This approach guarantees occupant safety and comfort within buildings.

Belimo's gas monitors enhance air quality in commercial spaces by closely tracking airborne pollutants. This proactive monitoring optimizes fresh air ventilation, promoting occupant health while minimizing energy and maintenance expenses associated with excess ventilation. Factory-calibrated, these monitors can simultaneously track two gases, featuring audible and visual alarms, CAN bus communication for standalone or networked operation (up to 32 devices). Some models include relays and analog outputs for direct ventilation control, as well as BACnet MS/TP integration for seamless incorporation into a BMS. These monitors support easy on-site grouping for ventilation zoning, reducing control wiring and installation time. Wired via a daisy chain, all Belimo gas monitors come with a five-year warranty.

Using carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide gas monitors in parking garages offers accurate and reliable exhaust ventilation control where diesel-powered vehicles may also be present.

The modular design provides a combined unit with carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide sensors within one device, helping to reduce energy costs by measuring emissions and only exhausting heated or air-conditioned air when needed.
