WEB 8000 EOL Dates
Product End of Life Announcement
Upon the release of the HON-9000 (Jace 9000) hardware platform, we are announcing the end of life of the WEB-8000 controller.
The HON-9000 controller has increased performance, capacity, quad-core processor, ample RAM, and storage, with faster start-up and station-load time when compared to WEB-8000.
Please see below the planned end-of-life schedule for the WEB-8000.
WEB-8000 End-of-Life Schedule (EOL):
- Optimizer N4.15 is planned to launch in Q3 2024. It will be a long-term supported release and the last supported Niagara 4 version for the WEB-8000.
- WEB-8000 Last Time Buy (LTB*) date is planned for December 2025.
- WEB-8000 End of Hardware Support date is planned for July 2028.
*Please note the Last Time Buy (LTB) date is subject to product availability.
